Start: Press and hold the button, the display shows segments consecutively (188.8/ Lo/ flashing F/C). The device is then ready for use. Cleaning: Clean with soap and lukewarm water, disinfect the thermometer head before and after each use, do not immerse in liquid. Product info: ABS plastic, measuring range 89.6-109.4°F / 32-43°C, accuracy ±0.2°F / ±0.1°C, battery: LR41 (replaceable), protect from shock, heat and cold. Battery replacement: If the display fails or a battery symbol appears, replace the battery. Unscrew the rear panel, pull out the circuit board by approx. 1 cm and remove the battery using a suitable tool. Insert a new LR41 (L736F) battery with the positive pole facing upwards. Then close again.
